Vivo is currently gearing up to launch a new model under their Y-series called the Vivo Y27 5G. And now it is heard that the smartphone also has a 5G variant. Although the company has not officially said anything on the matter, a tipster has claimed the same. Not only that, Vivo Y27 4G price, launch timeline as well as specifications have also been revealed from that source.
Vivo Y27 specifications, price leaked
Tipster Pars Googlani claims that the 4G version of the Vivo Y27 will arrive in India in July. According to him, the phone will have a 6.5-inch display, which will offer HD+ resolution of 720 x 1,600 pixels. Although the tweet did not mention anything about the type of display, it is believed to be an LCD panel
Besides, the Vivo Y27 4G model may be available with 4GB / 6GB RAM and 64GB / 128GB storage. The phone will run on Android 13 operating system. Without naming the exact chipset used in the Y27 4G, the tipster says the processor is based on MediaTek’s Helio G85. And for power backup, it will have a 5,000 mAh battery.
Finally, Paras Googlani claims that the Vivo Y27 4G will be priced around Rs 18,000 in India and will be available in three color options like Black, Green and Dark Red. On the other hand, the 5G variant of the Vivo Y27 is also expected to debut soon. It could be a rebranded version of the Vivo Y36 5G, which was recently launched in some Southeast Asian countries.
Hence, the upcoming Vivo Y-series phone could feature a 6.65-inch FullHD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The device is likely to be powered by a MediaTek Dimension 6020 processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The Vivo Y27 5G is expected to feature a dual camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor on the rear panel and a 16-megapixel front camera on the front of the phone. And for power backup, this phone will also come with a 5,000 mAh battery.
