The Vivo X series is a distinct craze among smartphone lovers, as it packs a formidable camera and is known as Vivo’s flagship range. The brand launched the X90 series last November. And now the X100, X100 Pro and X100 Pro+ are reportedly in the works under the Vivo X100 lineup. Now the camera specifications of the phones have been leaked. Vivo X100 Series: Camera Specifications
Tipster Digital Chat Station claims that the Vivo X100 series camera setup will feature a Sony IMX9-series 1/14x-inch primary camera sensor. Which will be accompanied by a 12-megapixel Sony IMX663 ultra-wide lens and a 64-megapixel Omnivision OV64V telephoto lens. The main camera is an improved version of the IMX9-series sensor and an improved model of the IMX866.
On the other hand, the Vivo X100 Pro will have a 1-inch primary camera, a new periscope zoom camera and a 12-megapixel IMX663 ultra-wide lens. It is also rumored that the top-end Vivo X100 Plus model in the series will be one of the first phones to pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, while the X100 and X100 Pro models may use the Dimension 9300 processor.
Other specifications of the Vivo X100 remain unknown at this point. It is rumored that the brand may launch the X100 and X100 Pro this year, while the launch of the X100 Pro+ model may be delayed until the first quarter of 2024. Also, expectations are high for Vivo’s upcoming foldable phone, which could debut early next year as the Vivo X Fold 3.
