Vivo has launched its two new smartphones Vivo V40 and Vivo V40 Pro in India. Their prices start from Tk 34,999. Both these phones have a 50-megapixel selfie camera and a 50-megapixel primary rear camera. Earlier Vivo V40 series came to the global market. Now both smartphones will be available in India as well. Vivo V40 and Vivo V40 Pro Smartphone Price and Sale Date
Vivo V40 phone 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant is priced at Tk 34,999. And for its 8GB + 256GB variant, you will have to spend Rs 36,999. Again, the top-end variant of this smartphone i.e. 12 GB + 512 GB model is priced at Tk 41,999.
Meanwhile, the price of the 8 GB RAM + 256 GB internal storage variant of the Vivo V40 Pro phone has been fixed at Tk 49,999 and the price of the 12 GB RAM + 512 GB internal storage variant is Tk 55,999.
The pre-booking of the new phones starts today. You can pre-order the Vivo V40 series from Flipkart and offline stores apart from the company's official website. The base model of the phone will go on sale on August 19 and the Pro model will go on sale from August 13. In the launch offer, you will get 10 percent discount on this series if you pay through SBI and HDFC cards.

The Vivo V40 phone has a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display. This display supports 120 Hz refresh rate. Its peak brightness level is 4500 nits. Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor is used in this smartphone which comes with up to 12 GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512 GB internal storage. For photography, the Vivo V40 device features a 50-megapixel primary sensor with LED flash and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera on the back.
For selfies, this phone will have a 50 megapixel selfie camera. It has a 5500 mAh battery to power it. This battery supports 80W fast charging. Talking about the operating system, the smartphone runs on Funtouch OS 14 custom skin based on Android 14. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor for biometric security.

The Vivo V40 Pro smartphone has a 1.5K resolution AMOLED display with a size of 6.78 inches. This display supports 120 Hz refresh rate. This display will offer a peak brightness level of 4500 nits. Octa-core Dimension 9200+ chipset with Atene Immortalis-G715 GPU is used for performance.
There are three cameras on the back of the phone with LED flash. This includes a 50-megapixel primary camera with an ultra-wide angle sensor and a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor.
