Vivo today quietly launched the Vivo V40 Lite 5G and Vivo V40 Lite 4G in Indonesia. The price of both the phones will start from Tk 19,900. Both handsets feature dual rear cameras, 5,000 mAh battery and 32-megapixel selfie camera. And Vivo V40 Lite 5G model uses Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset. Vivo V40 Lite 5G and Vivo V40 Lite 4G price and availability
The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant of the Vivo V40 Lite 5G is priced at INR 4,299,00 (approximately Tk 23,700). However, the price of its 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage variant has not been revealed yet.
Again, the price of the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of the Vivo V40 Lite 4G starts at Rs 3,599,000 (approx. Rs. 19,900). And its 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is priced at INR 3,699,000 (approx. Tk. 20,400).
Vivo V40 Lite 5G comes in Carbon Black and Titanium Silver colors. And the 4G variant will also be available in Pearl Violet color. The phones can be purchased through the official Vivo e-store in Indonesia.
Vivo V40 Lite 5G specifications and features
Vivo V40 Lite 5G and V40 Lite 4G phones have many similarities in features. Both handsets feature a 6.67-inch full-HD Plus (1080×2400 pixels) AMOLED display, which offers a 120Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 1800 nits. The 5G model offers a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor, up to 12 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512 GB of storage.
Again Vivo V40 Lite 4G smartphone has Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 processor, 8 GB RAM and up to 256 GB inbuilt storage. Both smartphones will run on Android 14 based Origin OS 14 operating system.
For photography, the Vivo V40 Lite 5G device features a dual rear camera setup. These cameras are a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 primary sensor and an 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor. Again, the Vivo V40 Lite 4G smartphone has a 50-megapixel primary rear camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
Both the phones will have a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. They will also support Vivo's AI imaging suite, which includes features like AI erase and photo enhancement.
Vivo V40 Lite 5G and Vivo V40 Lite 5G models have a 5,000 battery, which will support 80-wire fast charging. The phones also feature an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. Again the devices come with IP64 rating.
