Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro launched with compact features and 50-megapixel selfie camera, price

Vivo V30 smartphone series made its debut in the Indian market today i.e. 7th March. A total of two models have come under this new lineup, namely – Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro. The price of the series in this country starts from Tk 33,999. When it comes to specifications, the two phones share identical features in terms of display, selfie camera, battery, operating system version, connectivity options and security. However, Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro phone processor, graphics card and rear camera department are completely different. Let’s know about Vivo V30 series price, availability and specifications

Vivo V30 Series Price and Availability in India

The standard model of the series in the Indian market i.e. Vivo V30 comes in a total of three attractive color options namely – Peacock Green, Andaman Blue and Classic Black. It will be available with a total of three storage configurations. Of which the base variant with 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage has been priced at Tk 33,999. And the higher 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage options are priced at Tk 35,999 and Tk 37,999 respectively.

The top-end model of the series Vivo V30 Pro – launched with Andaman Blue and Classic Black color variants. Its price in this country starts from Tk 41,999. This price is for the phone’s 8GB RAM + 256GB storage option. Besides, the top-end 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage option can be purchased for Rs 46,999.

Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro are available for pre-order from today. You can buy Vivo V30 series phones through e-commerce site Flipkart and Vivo Store from March 14. Also, as part of the sale offer, 10% instant discount will be given with both the devices. However, payment must be made using SBI or HDFC Bank card.

Vivo V30 Series Specifications and Features

The Vivo V30 series comes with a color-changing Fluorite AG glass panel, which changes color when exposed to UV light. Both models in the series feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K (2800×1260 pixels) curved AMOLED display with 452 ppi pixel density, 120 Hz refresh rate, 300 Hz touch sampling rate, 2800 nits peak brightness, 80,00,000 :1 contrast ratio and supports 2160 Hz PWM dimming technology. The standard and top-end models of the series have different internal configurations. The Vivo V30 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor and Adrenaline 720 GPU, coupled with 8GB/12GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB/256GB UFS 2.2 storage. Again the Pro model comes with MediaTek Dimension 8200 processor and Mali G610 GPU. As for storage, it will get 8 GB/12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB/512 GB UFS 3.1 ROM. Both devices run on the latest Android 14 based FunTouchOS 14 custom skin.

The rear camera section of the two phones under the series is also unique. The Vivo V30 phone has a dual rear camera unit with Aura Light flash. The cameras are – 50-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.88 aperture, OIS and 1/1.55-inch sensor size + 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with 119° field-of-view and f/2.0 aperture .

Meanwhile, the higher-end Vivo V30 Pro features a triple rear camera unit co-engineered by Zeiss with Aura Light flash. The cameras are – 50-megapixel Sony IMX920 primary shooter with f/1.88 aperture and OIS + 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with 119° field-of-view and f/2.0 aperture + 50mm focal length, 2x zoom And 50-megapixel portrait sensor with f/1.85 aperture. Both models in the series feature a 50-megapixel selfie shooter with 92° field-of-view and f/2.0 aperture.

For connectivity, both the phones have dual SIM slots, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou, QZSS, and USB 2.0 ports. A 5,000mAh capacity battery is used for power backup, which supports 80W FlashCharge fast charging via USB Type-C port. An in-display fingerprint scanner will be available as a security feature. Both the Vivo V30 series phones measure 164.36×75.1×7.45 mm and weigh 188 grams. Both the phones are dust and water resistant as they are IP54 rated.
