Vivo recently confirmed that they will be launching the Vivo S19 series of premium-midrange smartphones on May 30. There will be two devices in this series – Vivo S19 and S19 Pro. Just yesterday the brand revealed the design of these devices. And now a few days before the launch, the Vivo S19 Pro phone has appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking platform, which revealed its performance as well as RAM capacity, processor and operating system details. Let's take a look at them.
Vivo S19 Pro has appeared on the Geekbench platform
The Vivo S19 Pro phone with the model number “V2362A” has been spotted on the Geekbench database. According to the listing, it will have an octa-core processor with a base clock speed of 2.00 GHz and a peak clock speed of 3.35 GHz. It is likely to run on the MediaTek Dimension 9200 Plus processor, which was launched in May last year. The benchmark listing also revealed that the phone will have 16GB of RAM and will run on Android 14 based operating system.
In terms of benchmark scores, the Vivo S19 Pro scored 2,129 points in Geekbench 6's single-core test and 5,675 points in the multi-core test. The listing doesn't reveal much more, but a recent report has already revealed several specifications about the Vivo S19 series.
Vivo S19 Pro Specifications (Expected)
The Vivo S19 Pro is expected to feature a curved-edge 6.78-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset, paired with 12GB/16GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage. For photography, the device will have a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 50-megapixel IMX816 sensor with 2x telephoto and 50x digital zoom capabilities. And in front of the phone will be a 50 megapixel Samsung JN1 sensor with autofocus.
For power backup, the Vivo S19 Pro is expected to pack a 5,500 battery with 80W fast charging support. Other key highlights of the device include some soft halo lighting, IP69 water resistance and eSIM support.
