Vivo launched the standard and Pro models under the camera-centric flagship X100 series in November last year. Again, the company is going to add a new model to the same lineup, which is called Vivo X100S Pro. Fueling speculation, a new Vivo phone has appeared on China’s radio certification database and benchmarking platform GeekBench. It is believed to be the Vivo X100S Pro smartphone.
Vivo X100S Pro has been approved by multiple certification sites
A new smartphone has been listed on China’s Radio Certification Platform and Geekbench benchmarking platform with model number V2324HA. While the presence of the device has been confirmed by both Radio Certification and Geekbench – its official name has not been revealed yet. But it is expected that it will most likely be the Vivo X100S Pro. While the radio certification did not reveal any specifications, the Geekbench listing provided information about the phone’s processor configuration, RAM and operating system.
According to the benchmark database, the processor of the phone consists of one Cortex-X4 core clocked at 3.4 GHz, three Cortex-X4 cores clocked at 2.85 GHz and four Cortex-A720 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz. Also for graphics will be an Immortalis-G720 MC12 GPU with a clock speed of 1300 MHz. Although the core CPU architecture of the processor is similar to the MediaTek Dimension 9300 processor, there is a difference in the primary core clock speed. Because the main core speed of Dimension 9300 is 3.25 GHz. The resulting information suggests that it could be an upgraded version of the said processor.
According to Weibo (Chinese microblogging website) tipster Why Lab, the processor of the Vivo X100S Pro could be the Dimensity 9300+, which is expected to launch in April or early May. And this phone will probably debut with the Vivo X100 Ultra. An earlier report also leaked some specifications. It is said to be powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging. It is also rumored that the Vivo X100S Pro may include a short-focus optical in-display fingerprint scanner, metallic frame and glass rear panel.
