Vivo is currently gearing up to launch a budget range smartphone in its Y-series. The upcoming phone is called Vivo Y03, which has been the subject of speculation after appearing on multiple certification sites. And now a report has given a glimpse of the design along with the detailed specifications of this Vivo phone. Let’s see what Vivo Y03 has to offer.

As reported by Apples, the Vivo Y03 will sport a large 6.56-inch IPS LCD panel. The screen is said to offer HD+ resolution and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. In terms of design, the phone will feature a flat, matte-finished back design, with two cameras on the top left corner.
There will also be an LED flash next to the camera setup. The leaked renders showcased the phone in Green and Black color variants. The black back version will also feature an impressive golden ring around the camera lens. And, the smartphone will also have the classic teardrop notch on the front for the selfie camera.
In terms of performance, the Vivo Y03 is expected to run on the MediaTek Helio G85 processor. Although this octa-core chipset is a few years old, it is still able to provide decent performance for daily tasks. The phone can be launched in 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 4 GB RAM + 128 GB storage options. Besides, Y03’s RAM can be further expanded by 4GB through Vivo’s Extended RAM feature.
In terms of cameras, the Vivo Y03 will have a 13-megapixel primary sensor on the back, paired with a secondary 0.08-megapixel QVGA lens. And for selfies, the phone will feature a 5-megapixel camera. Vivo Y03’s camera system will include a bunch of photography modes like Super Night, Night Stylish Filter, Panorama, Multi-Style Portrait, Slow Motion, Time-Lapse and Professional Mode, which will further enhance the photography experience.
Also for power backup, the Vivo Y03 will be powered by a 5,000mAh battery, which will support 15W charging via the USB-C port. The Vivo Y03 will have an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance and is said to run Android 14-based FunTouch OS 14 custom skin.
Vivo Y03 Price (Probable)
Apple’s report says the Vivo Y03 will be priced around $100, which is roughly Rs 8,280 in Indian currency. However, the report did not reveal any details about the launch date or availability of the smartphone. However, expect to know more about the phone in the near future.
