Pandaphash's X (former Twitter) post shows that the Galaxy S25 EDGE model may have a 20 megapixel primary camera and a 12 megapixel ultrawide camera. Note that S25 Ultra also currently offers a 20-megapixel main camera, which offers multi-directional PDAF and optical image stabilization. Standard S25 phone, of course, has a 5 megapixel main camera.
