Poco has finally confirmed the arrival of their next C-series smartphone. The name is Poco C61. Next week it will enter the Indian market as the successor to Poco C51. Already, Flipkart has also released a microsite of the phone. Let’s take a look at the Poco C61 launch date in India and what is known about it so far.
India launch date of Poco C61 announced
Poco C61 is confirmed to be launched in the Indian market on March 26, at 12 noon. The Flipkart microsite has also revealed some specifications of the device. According to the design, the smartphone will have a circular camera module, which houses the primary camera and a secondary lens. Talking about other specifications, it will feature a display with a 90Hz refresh rate, which is going to be an upgrade over the 60Hz screen of the predecessor C51.
According to the microsite, the Poco C61 phone is confirmed to have a 5,000 mAh battery. It will offer 6GB of RAM and 6GB of additional virtual RAM technology. Rest of the specifications of the smartphone are yet to be officially revealed.
However, a recent report claims that the Poco C61 will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G36 processor For photography, the dual rear camera setup will have an 8-megapixel primary camera and a 0.8-megapixel secondary sensor. And in front of the phone will be a 5 megapixel selfie camera.
The smartphone is rumored to come in 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variants. They will be priced at Rs 7,499 and Rs 8,499 respectively. The Poco C61 is said to be offered in Black, Blue and Green color options.
