The Poco F6 series will be officially launched on May 23. Various sources and online reports have already given a good idea of what the handsets in this lineup can offer. The upcoming series is said to include two models, namely the standard Poco F6 and the Poco F6 Pro. Now Xiaomi itself has confirmed that these phones will basically be rebranded versions of their existing China-exclusive phones. So now most of the interested buyers are curious about the prices of the upcoming Poco phones, as Poco is known for their competitive pricing strategy. But you don't have to wait until the launch to know the price, because now a well-known tipster has revealed the price of the Poco F6 Pro phone. Let's get into the details.
Poco F6 Pro Phone Price (Probable)
Tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore has shared a listing of the Poco F6 Pro model, which is believed to be its initial Amazon listing. Although the listing only shows the top-end variant with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage, its price tag of 619.90 Euros (roughly Rs. 56,000) is quite attractive. Because, this is lower than the starting price of last year's Poco F5 Pro phone, whose 12GB RAM + 512GB storage version was launched at a price of 649.90 Euros (approx. Rs. 58,705). So the base variant of the Poco F6 Pro model is expected to be more affordable.
Apart from the price details, the Amazon listing also confirmed some of the specifications of the Poco F6 Pro handset. It is expected to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. The display is believed to feature a WQHD+ panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will have a peak brightness of 4,000 nits for excellent visibility in bright outdoor conditions.
In terms of cameras, the Poco F6 Pro will come with a triple-camera system, which will feature a 50-megapixel primary sensor. Although no further information is available about the other cameras, it is expected to include an ultrawide and a macro sensor. And for selfies and video calls, the phone will feature a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.
However, the leaked listing mentions that the Poco F6 Pro will run on the older MIUI 14 custom skin instead of Xiaomi's latest HyperOS custom skin. This is believed to be a typo or a mistake, as HyperOS has been rolling out to Xiaomi phones for a few months now and new models are also launching with this software version.
