Vivo recently listed a new smartphone called Vivo V27 5G on its global website. And from this listing, the device will be powered by the Dimension 6020 chipset, a rebranded version of the MediaTek Dimension 700. Although important information about the phone has surfaced, its arrival date was not mentioned on the website. But today the brand announced the launch date of the upcoming Vivo V27 smartphone in India.
The company itself has announced the Indian launch date of the Vivo Y27 smartphone
Vivo shared a post on their Instagram account and confirmed that the Vivo Y27 smartphone will be launched in the Indian market tomorrow i.e. July 20th. However, it is uncertain at the moment whether the 4G or 5G variant of the phone will be brought to the country. However, recently the complete specification list of the 5G variant of the phone in question has come to the fore. In that case, this variant can be launched. Let’s take a look at the features of the Vivo Y27 5G smartphone.
Specifications of Vivo Y27 5G
The Vivo Y27 5G phone will feature a 6.44-inch Full HD Plus LCD display on the front. The display will have a waterdrop notch style design and will offer 600 nits peak brightness. In this case, the 8-megapixel selfie camera will be located in the cutout on the top of the display. And the device will have a dual rear camera setup on the back. These cameras could be – a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary bokeh lens.
And for performance, Vivo Y27 5G smartphone will use MediaTek Dimension 6020 processor. The device will offer 4GB / 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. But in addition to the fixed RAM, it will additionally offer up to 6 GB of virtual RAM. As an operating system, it will have Android 13 based Funtouch OS 13 (Funtouch OS 13) custom skin pre-loaded.
Connectivity wise the Vivo Y27 5G smartphone will include – 5G SIM slot, WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Again, the fingerprint sensor will be found embedded in the power button of this handset. It is also known that the phone will come with a 5,000 AMH capacity battery supported by 15W fast charging technology.
