Samsung Galaxy Buds Sound is rumored to be the company’s next-generation earbuds. It will be the successor of Samsung Galaxy Buds Live which was launched in August.
Samsung Galaxy Buds Sound leaks
Samsung is planning to launch the next generation of Samsung Galaxy Buds Live soon. According to a recent trademark application filed by the South Korean tech giant with the UK Intellectual Property Office, the company’s next earbuds could be called the Samsung [Galaxy] Buds Sound. Though, The trademark application doesn’t reveal any specification of the device.
Earlier, The South Korean tech giant has announced Samsung Galaxy buds live back in August. It features 12mm drivers, three microphones, and also offering noise cancellation. User can also access the noise cancellation controls, adjust the equalizer settings, customize the touch controls, and view battery levels on both the earphones and the charging case through Samsung Galaxy Buds App for iOS and Galaxy wearable app for Android.
The case of the Samsung Galaxy Buds Live has a USB Type-C port for charging, while the earphones packs with 60mAh batteries each and the case has a 472mAh battery. The earphones are IPX2 rated for water resistance, and compatible with Samsung’s Bixby voice assistant as well. For connectivity, The earbuds include the support of Bluetooth v5.0 and the SBC, AAC, and Scalable Bluetooth codecs.
