Realme recently launched Realme C53 in India as the new C-series smartphone. The device comes with a 108-megapixel primary camera and a 90Hz IPS LCD. It is now the only phone in India that offers a 108-megapixel camera for less than Rs 10,000. Realme is reportedly gearing up to launch another C-series model named C51 in various countries soon. While the company hasn’t said anything, a tipster has revealed the handset’s design and some specifications. The images also showcase two color options of the phone. Realme C51 is expected to be priced below Rs 10,000 when launched in India. Design renders of the phone have been leaked by tipster Pars Googlani. The Realshi C51 features a flat frame design with rounded corners The device could be launched in two colors – Cyan Blue and Black. Both the variants have a dual-tone finish on the back. The upper part of the rear panel features a glossy finish around the camera module, while the rest of the back panel is matte.
The back of the Realme C51 includes three circular cutouts, two of which are for the dual-camera setup, while the third is for the LED flash module. The right edge of the phone houses the power and volume buttons and the left edge houses the SIM tray. Realme C51 has a waterdrop notch above the display for the front camera.
The bezels around the phone’s display are also fairly slim. The images also show the mini capsule feature on the phone’s screen, which has been found on several Realme smartphones recently. Users will be able to track their step count, battery charging percentage and data usage with its help.
Also, Paras Googlani has also revealed some specifications of the phone. The tipster claims that the Realme C51 will launch with 8GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The configuration might seem a bit odd, but considering the way Realme has been launching their phones with higher RAM options lately, it wouldn’t be too surprising. And it may also have an option to expand the storage via microSD card slot.
The tipster also claims that the Realme C51 handset will support 33W fast charging and pack a 5,000mAh battery. Recently the same information has been confirmed through a few online certifications. It is expected that the phone will run on Android 13 operating system and will have a layer of Realme UI 4.0 custom skin on it. Apart from these, other specifications of Realme C51 remain unknown at the moment.
