Poco is going to launch a new phone in the market at water rate, it will have a 5,000mAh battery

Earlier in the week, popular brand Poco under Xiaomi launched the new Poco X6 Neo in India. And now speculations are rife that another phone the company is planning to add to their budget C series is the Poco C61. It has now appeared in the list of Google Play-supported devices, which clearly points to an imminent arrival.

A new Poco phone has appeared in the list of Google Play-supported devices with model number 2312BPC51H and the name is also confirmed in the listing, which is Poco C61. The Poco C61 with the same model number has also been spotted in the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (Bluetooth SIG) and Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification databases. The model number matches the Redmi A3’s model code 23129RN51H, indicating that the Poco C61 will likely be a rebranded version of the Redmi phone.

Specifications of Redmi A3

Xiaomi launched the Redmi A3 in the Indian market last month. The phone features a 6.7-inch LCD screen, which offers HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The handset is powered by MediaTek Helio G36 chipset with up to 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB eMMC 5.1 storage. In terms of software, it runs Android 13-based MIUI 14 custom skin.

For photography, the rear panel of the Redmi A3 houses an 8-megapixel primary camera and a 0.08-megapixel secondary sensor. And the front of the phone has a 5 megapixel selfie camera Also, like most budget smartphones, the Redmi A3 also includes a 3.5mm headphone jack and a dedicated microSD card slot.

The Redmi A3 will also get a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and a USB Type-C port for charging. For connectivity, the Redmi A3 offers dual SIM support, 4G connectivity, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.3 and GNSS. Finally for power backup, this Redmi phone comes with a massive 5,000mAh battery, which supports 10W charging.
