A smartphone called Oppo A5 was first launched in 2018. Again, two years later Oppo launched another phone with the same name. Surprisingly, another phone using the Oppo A5 name could be released this year. It may be marketed as Oppo A5 (2025) to distinguish it from the first two models.
A new Oppo phone with model number PKQ110 has appeared on the TENAA certification platform fueling the speculation. As the listed specifications indicate, this is going to be a mid-range phone. A tipster has leaked live images of the device and claims that it is Oppo A5 i.e. Oppo A5 (2025).

The Oppo A5 (2025) listed on the TENAA platform measures 161.57 x 74.47 x 7.65mm and weighs around 185 grams. The Real Live image revealed the phone, which will feature an AMOLED panel with an in-display fingerprint sensor. The 6.7-inch display will offer full-HD+ resolution and 10-bit color.
The Oppo A5 (2025) phone will be powered by a processor clocked at 2.2 GHz. Which is believed to be the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. It can come in 8 GB / 12 GB RAM and 256 GB / 512 GB storage options. The phone will have a 50+2 megapixel camera on the back and an 8 megapixel camera on the front. Finally, the device's battery could be of 6,500 mAh capacity. It is expected to support 45W charging.
