Oppo has unveiled the latest smartphone in the Reno series, the Oppo Reno 12F 5G handset. The phone has been listed on the company's official website. It offers impressive specifications including a Qualcomm processor, AMOLED display, a bunch of AI features and a long-lasting battery.
Last month, Oppo MediaTek unveiled the Oppo Reno 12F 5G smartphone with the Dimension 6300 chipset. The phone is also said to have a 4G version. The device is now listed on the company's global website. Although the price of the Oppo Reno 12F 4G phone is not known yet, the official listing has revealed almost all the information about it. Oppo Reno 12F 4G specifications and features
The Oppo Reno 12F phone has a 6.67-inch flat AMOLED panel, offering FullHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 2,100 nits peak brightness. The screen is protected by AGC DT-Star 2 and the device includes an in-screen fingerprint sensor for security.
For photography, the Oppo Reno 12F 4G features a 50-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 2-megapixel macro camera on the rear panel. And there is a 32 megapixel selfie camera in front of the phone. The device runs ColorOS 14.1 custom skin based on Android 14, which will offer multiple Oppo AI features including AI Eraser, AI Studio, AI Smart Image Matting 2.0 and AI Link Boost.
The Oppo Reno 12F 4G phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 chipset, paired with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.0 storage. For power backup, it will get a large 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. It offers other features like dual SIM, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, USB-C, dual speakers and an IP64-rated chassis.
The Oppo Reno 12F 4G will be available in two variants – 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and 8GB RAM + 512GB storage. It is said to come in three shades – Amber Orange, Olive Green and Matte Grey. The phone measures 163.1 x 75.8 x 7.76 mm and weighs 187 grams.
