OnePlus is preparing to launch their new smartphone series OnePlus Ace 5. It will hit the market by the end of this year. The company is going to offer two new phones under this series – OnePlus Ace 5 and OnePlus Ace 5 Pro. The launch date of these phones is yet to be confirmed. However, tipster digital chat station recently leaked information about the battery, charging and processor of the base variant of this upcoming series. Now a tipster named Smart Pikachu has brought forward new information about the build quality of the OnePlus Ace 5 phone.
The OnePlus Ace 5 phone will have a 6000 mAh battery and ceramic build quality
According to the tipster, the upcoming OnePlus device will feature a ceramic body. A 6,000 mAh battery will be provided for power backup. It will have a dual cell battery. This battery will support 100 watt fast charging. OnePlus Ace 5 will not support wireless charging on the phone. It will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
There will be curved-edge OLED and Android 15 operating system
Talking about the display of the new OnePlus smartphone, it will have a curved-edge OLED panel with 1.5K resolution. Its display design may be micro-curvature. The refresh rate of these 8 LTPO panels will be 120 Hz. This phone will also offer an alert slider.
For photography, the OnePlus Ace 5 smartphone will have a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup with LED flash. The phone will run on Android 15 based Oxygen OS 15 custom skin. This upcoming handset from OnePlus will directly compete with the Redmi K80. This phone will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. This handset will be launched in November this year.
