Li Ji, President of OnePlus China, confirmed the partnership on Weibo (Chinese microblogging site), expressing excitement about the collaboration. He emphasized that this partnership with BOE will push the industry to new heights in terms of display quality, high-brightness performance and eye care features.

Last year, the OnePlus 12 phone used the first-generation BoE X1 Oriental screen, marking the beginning of the partnership between OnePlus and the BoE brand. It was the first 2K screen manufactured in China to receive a DisplayMate A Plus rating and is regarded as one of the best displays in the industry.
Various reports and sources have revealed that the OnePlus 13 phone will have a flat look with a micro-curve design on all four sides of the BOE X2 screen. This innovative design combines the advantages of both flat and curved displays. Because it maintains the aesthetic appeal and comfort of a curved screen while providing the visual consistency and edge protection of a flat screen. The handset will have a 6.8-inch 8-inch LTPO panel, which will support 120 Hz refresh rate, 2K resolution of 3,160 x 1,440 pixels. For security, the display may also have an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. It is rumored that the Oppo Find X8 Ultra phone will have the same display.

According to a recent Weibo post by reliable tipster Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus 13 could go official in late October or early November. It is likely to be launched before the November 11 (Singles Day) shopping festival.
According to reports, the OnePlus 13 handset will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset and will come with a large 6,000mAh battery, which supports 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. On the back of the phone will be a 50-megapixel LYT-808 primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) support, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 3x telephoto periscope lens. Also, it will offer a 0916T haptic motor and IP68/69 dust and water resistant build.
