Earlier this week, Nothing officially revealed the launch date of their upcoming mid-range smartphone Nothing Phone (2a). It is going to enter the global market on March 5. And earlier, various information about the smartphone was leaked through various sources. And now, the Nothing Phone (2a) has appeared on the well-known benchmarking platform, AnTuTu 10 benchmark, which gives a glimpse of its performance.

Although the new Nothing Phone (2A) is a mid-range device, it scores well on the AnTuTu 10 benchmark platform. The phone scored a combined 7,38,164 points on the benchmark site. This includes combined results from the CPU, GPU, Memory and User Experience categories. Nothing compares the phone to the MediaTek Dimension 7200 chipset-powered Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus, and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 728 chipset-powered OnePlus Nord CE 3. However, the overall score of the phone (2A) outperforms both smartphones.
Notably, recent reports have hinted at some of the possible specifications of the Nothing Phone (2A). It may feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and FullHD+ resolution. The phone is rumored to come with a MediaTek Dimension 7200 chipset with 8GB or 12GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB storage.
In terms of photography, the rear panel of the Nothing Phone (2a) is expected to house a 50-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL S5KGN9 primary sensor with a 50-megapixel ISOCELL JN1 ultrawide lens. Besides, it will support 45W fast charging and it is said to run Android 14 based Nothing OS 2.5 (Nothing OS 2.5) custom skin.
Incidentally, the design of the Nothing Phone (2a) is in doubt. Although high-quality renders shared by a well-known tipster were recently proven to be incorrect, its early design renders are believed to be accurate.
