HMD Global, the company licensed to manufacture Nokia-branded phones, has relaunched three of its classic feature phones for 2024, namely the Nokia 6310, Nokia 5310 and Nokia 230. While the classic Nokia design is retained, there are some modern features like the USB-C charging port, which makes charging the handsets quite convenient. However, it is reported that it will still only offer 2G support. Let us know in detail about these refreshed Nokia feature phones.
Nokia 6310, Nokia 5310 and Nokia 230 phones launched with USB-C port
The new Nokia 6310 comes with the same rugged design as its predecessor, but now has a 1,450 mAh battery and a USB-C port for up-to-date charging needs. It retains key features like a VGA camera, 2.8-inch LCD screen and dual-SIM capability, providing a smooth user experience.
Similarly, the Nokia 230 (2024) feature phone also retains the previous design, but has been updated with a new battery and USB-C port. The phone offers a 2.8-inch TFT display and a 2-megapixel camera with LED flash, which ensures easy and reliable use of the phone.
The Nokia 5310 (2024) model focuses on music and has a larger build thanks to a relatively large 1,450 mAh battery. But it also offers a 2.8-inch LCD screen. The phone runs on Unisoc 6531F chipset instead of Mediatek and has a dedicated play button on the right and large volume control button on the left. There is a dual speaker system for audio and in-built FM radio functionality. HMD Global is yet to reveal the prices of these latest feature phones.
