For the past few days, Motorola has been consistently sharing teasers for one of their upcoming smartphones. However, the Lenovo-owned brand is yet to reveal the name of its latest handset. However, it has been confirmed that the device will be launched on April 3. Today Motorola once again posted a teaser image for the upcoming model on the X platform, confirming the processor variant of the unnamed phone. The teaser also indicates that this handset will come under the mid-range.
According to the newly released teaser images, the upcoming unnamed Motorola-branded phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor. The teaser shows the device in a violet color variant. However, the camera module is not visible in the picture.
Please note, another teaser shared by the company in Halfil also spotted the phone with this same color option. And in this previously published teaser, we have seen the curved display on the front of the phone and the slightly raised camera island on the back.
In the latest teaser image, the fast charging icon is seen on the back panel of the upcoming model. Due to which it is speculated that this phone may support wireless charging technology in addition to fast wired charging.
When Motorola first shared teasers of their unnamed phone, the upcoming model was thought to be the Motorola Edge 50 Pro. But now after the processor options are revealed, it seems that this Motorola device could be the Edge 50 Fusion.
Incidentally, Halfil tipster Evan Blass (Evan Blass) leaked some features of Motorola Edge 50 Fusion phone online. According to its claims, the device will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. Whereas today Motorola itself has confirmed that their upcoming model will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor. As a result, there is confusion about whether this unnamed handset of the company will be the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion at all.
