The new phone features a P-OLED curved display, a 50-megapixel primary camera, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 processor and a 5,000 mAh battery. The Moto S50 Neo phone features a 6.7-inch polarized curved 10-bit display, which supports FullHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 1,600 nits peak brightness. This screen is integrated with the fingerprint scanner. Design-wise, the phone has a slim profile with a raised rear camera module. It will offer a water-resistant build thanks to an IP54 rating.
For photography, the Moto S50 Neo phone's dual camera setup features a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) support, paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, which will serve as a macro and depth sensor. And in front of the phone is a 32 megapixel selfie camera.
For performance, the Moto S50 Neo phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 processor. The phone will have 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of in-built storage. For power backup, the Moto S50 Neo phone uses a 5,000mAh battery, which supports 30W charging. In terms of software, the device runs on Android 14 operating system. It is the first phone in the world, which is eligible for four years of OS updates.

In the Chinese market, the base 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant of the Moto S50 Neo phone has been priced at 1,399 Yuan (about Rs. 16,100). On the other hand, the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage and 12GB RAM + 512GB storage models are priced at 1,599 Yuan (approx. Rs. 18,340) and 1,899 Yuan (approx. Rs. 21,815). The Moto S50 Neo is offered in three color options – Grey, Olivine and Surf – developed in partnership with Pantone. It will be available for purchase in China from June 28. However, it is not yet known when the Moto S50 Neo will be launched in India.
