Realme is gearing up to launch a new C-series smartphone. It is expected to be launched under the name Realme C63. The handset has already been spotted on the Indonesia Telecom website. And now Realme C63 has appeared in the BIS certification database, hinting at its arrival in India.
Realme C63 got BIS approval
Realme C63 has been listed on the Bureau of Indian Certification platform with model number RMX3939, confirming that the handset will make its debut in India. But nothing more is known from the certification. The smartphone has already appeared on several certification platforms, so it is expected to hit the market soon. Besides, the listings also revealed some of the specifications of the phone.
The TUV certification listing of the Realme C63 reveals that it will have a 4,880mAh battery with 45W SuperVOOC (SuperVOOC) fast charging. The camera FV-5 listing shows that the Realme C63 will have an 8-megapixel front camera with f/1.8 aperture. Besides, the phone will come with a 50-megapixel primary rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, offering 35mm equivalent focal length and 4,096×3,072 pixels resolution.
On the other hand, as per the certification by US Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Realme C63 will run on Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0 custom skin. The handset can come in two variants – one with a polycarbonate rear panel and one with a synthetic or vegan leather finish. The vegan leather version will weigh 191 grams and may be around 7.79 mm slim.
