Infinix is currently working on a new mid-range smartphone, which may debut in India very soon. The name of this phone is Infinix GT 20 Pro. Recently it has been approved by ‘Bureau of Indian Standards’ (BIS) certification site. According to the listing on this site, the phone will carry the model number X6871. Note that a smartphone with this same model number – has also been spotted listed on SDPPI, EEC, Wi-Fi Alliance, and TUV certification portals.
Meanwhile, only the model number of the Infinix GT 20 Pro phone is known from the listing on the BIS certification site. No information regarding its hardware or software specifications has been revealed. However, the listing on the TUV certification platform has confirmed that the device will come with a 4,900 mAh capacity battery.
Again from the listing of the benchmarking site Geekbench, it is known that the Infinix GT 20 Pro smartphone will use the MediaTek Dimension 8200 processor. Whereas the predecessor GT 10 Pro model came with the Dimension 8050 chipset. Again the device will come with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. Although the base variant of this phone is expected to offer 8 GB of RAM. Besides, the Infinix GT 20 Pro smartphone may be powered by the latest Android 14 operating system.
