According to tipster Ice Universe, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra model will also feature the same quad-camera setup as its predecessors. But it will see two major upgrades. The tipster said the phone will have a 200-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultrawide sensor, a 50-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 50-megapixel super-telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom. That said, the ultrawide camera and a telephoto lens will see improvements over the previous generation model.
Note that the current generation Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra phone has a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 10-megapixel telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom. The main and super-telephoto sensors offer the same 200-megapixel and 50-megapixel resolutions.
