ICO has started the launch of the next generation flagship iQOO 13 smartphone. Before the official announcement, various information about the handset has surfaced from various sources. And now a well-known tipster has shed light on several key specifications.

In the later months of this year, iQOO is reportedly planning to release three highly anticipated phones in the Chinese market. These include iQOO Neo 9S Pro+, iQOO Z9 Turbo+ and iQOO 13. According to reports, these devices will use Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipsets respectively. A tipster recently leaked the key specifications of the iQOO 13 phone. And now he has shared some more details about the device. Let's take a look at them.

iQOO 13 Key Specifications (Rumours)

Digital Chat Station (DCS) says that the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4-powered iCo 13 phone will feature an X-series LTPO screen made by BOE, which will offer 2K resolution and possibly a 144Hz refresh rate. It should be noted that the iCo 12 phone had a Visionox display. The iCo 13 will come with a large display with narrow bezels and a flat design, which will provide an attractive visual experience. Also, it will have a single-point ultrasonic fingerprint sensor embedded in it.

It is also reported that the iCo 13 phone will have a metal mid-frame and a glass back. The phone will come with high-quality dust and water resistance, which will make it a reliable option for various environments. The tipster also adds that the iCo 13 will retain some classic design elements, likely similar to the previous generation.

DCS also reported that China is tentatively planning to launch the iQOO 13 in October this year. Several reports have suggested that the iQOO 13 Pro will be dropped from the series this year. An earlier report revealed that the iQOO 13 model will have a large 6,000mAh battery, which will support 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. However, DCS has now claimed that the iQOO 13 will not support wireless charging. Besides, the rear camera setup of the phone will have a 3x periscope telephoto camera. For in-game vibration, the device will be equipped with an AAC ESA1016 vibration motor.
