OnePlus is all set to launch its affordable OnePlus Nord CE 4 smartphone in the global market on April 1. It is going to be the successor of the Nord CE 3 which was launched in July last year. Speculations have been going on in the technology circles for the past few weeks about the phone. Besides, the company has also revealed some of its key features. And now, ahead of the launch, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 has appeared on the GeekBench benchmarking platform, which has revealed some information about the phone’s performance as well as the hardware.

The OnePlus Nord CE 4 phone with model number CPH2613 has been listed on the Geekbench benchmarking platform. It scored 1,135 points in the benchmark database’s single-core test and 3,037 in the multi-core test. OnePlus has already confirmed that the phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset. Also mentioned on Geekbench, the chipset features a 1+3+4 CPU architecture, with the prime core running at 2.63GHz, three performance cores clocked at 2.4GHz and four efficiency cores clocked at 1.8GHz. Also, benchmarks reveal that the Nord CE 4 will run on Android 14 operating system.
The company also confirmed that the OnePlus Nord CE4 will offer LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. A recent report revealed that the handset will be available in two variants – 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. And for additional storage it is also believed to get a microSD card slot.
On the design front, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 will feature a vertically mounted dual camera setup on the back. There will be an IR blaster at the top along with the microphone, while the power button and volume up and down rocker will be located on the right frame. But, OnePlus’ signature alert slider seems to be missing.
According to recent reports, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 could be a rebranded version of the Oppo K12 slated to launch in the Chinese market. The K12 features a 6.7-inch FullHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, 16GB of RAM, 512GB of storage, a triple rear camera setup with 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel sensors and a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. It is heard that there will be cameras.
