OnePlus has announced new customer service for OnePlus 13 series devices in India. Buyers who buy the OnePlus 13 or OnePlus 13R before February 13, 2025, can get the phone replaced free of charge for any issues for 180 days. This new replacement plan of OnePlus will avail the benefits of the buyers if they experience any hardware problem with the phone within 180 days.
This is how OnePlus' 180-day replacement plan works
OnePlus' 180-day replacement plan covers the hardware section of the device, including the screen, back cover, battery and motherboard. Buyers will be given a new phone if there is a problem with any hardware part within 180 days.
Customers will have to visit an authorized OnePlus service center to avail the replacement facility. Customers who purchase OnePlus 13 series devices between January 10 and February 13 will get this service absolutely free. After this period, customers will have to purchase this service as an add-on. The paid replacement plan will cost Rs 2599 for the OnePlus 13 and Rs 2299 for the OnePlus 13R.
