Motorola is planning to launch their next generation Motorola Razr 50 series of flip phones in the market. Under this lineup, Motorola Razr 50 and Motorola Razr 50 Ultra models will debut in two markets. Several information about the devices have already been leaked online. And now official looking renders of both the foldables have surfaced, along with some key specifications, courtesy of a tipster. These clearly highlight the design of the device. The leak is renders of the Motorola Razr 50 and Razr 50 Ultra models
Just last week, renders and specifications of the Motorola Razr 50 series surfaced via a source. And now, tipster Evan Blass has shared some more renders, which show the design of the two devices as well as their color options. The base model will come with a major upgrade in terms of design. The Motorola Razr 50 will have a larger 3.63-inch pOLED cover display compared to the 1.5-inch outer panel of its predecessor, the Razer 40. The rear panel will feature a leather finish for a more premium look. The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra is also getting a similar design update, but it will have a larger 4-inch cover screen.
Additionally, the primary screen on both devices is reportedly a 6.9-inch Polarized panel with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate (165Hz on the Motorola Razr 50 Ultra). The standard variant will run on a MediaTek Dimension 7300X processor, while the Ultra model will offer a Snapdragon 8S Gen 3 chipset. Both the phones will run on Android 14 operating system. The entry-level Motorola Razr 50 flip phone could come with 8GB of RAM, 256GB of in-built storage and a 4,200mAh battery.
On the other hand, the Motorola Razr 50 Ultra phone may have 12 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage and a 4,000 mAh battery. For photography, the Razr 50 Ultra model will feature two 50-megapixel sensors and a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the back. On the other hand, the base version will offer a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 13-megapixel secondary lens, while there will be a 13-megapixel selfie camera on the front.
