Oppo Reno 12 Pro 5G has received approval from multiple certification platforms
An upcoming Oppo device with model number CPH2629 has been spotted on Indonesia's SDPPI certification platform. The listing confirms that the device will debut in the Indonesian market as the Oppo Reno 12 Pro 5G. The same device has also been spotted on the platforms of India's BIS, Singapore's IMDA and Europe's EEC. EEC certification has revealed that the Oppo Reno 12 Pro 5G will support Near Field Communication (NFC) among other connectivity features.
Also, the Oppo Reno 12 Pro 5G has been endorsed by TUV Rheinland, revealing its battery size and charging speed. According to the certification, the device will have a 4,880mAh (rated value) battery and will support 80W fast charging. Oppo Reno 12 Pro 5G phone battery size is likely to be 5,000 mAh.
The Oppo Reno 12 Pro is also listed in the Camera FV-5 database. It revealed that the device will have a 50-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture, while the rear will feature a 50-megapixel primary camera. There is no clarity on whether the Chinese model of the Oppo Reno 12 Pro phone will come to the global market.
According to recent reports, the Chinese variant of the Oppo Reno 12 Pro model will feature a 6.7-inch quad-curved OLED (OLED) panel with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It may come with a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 Plus Star Speed Edition chipset, up to 16GB of RAM, up to 512GB of storage and a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging and an IP65 rating. For photography, the Oppo Reno 12 Pro phone will have a triple camera unit with a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) support, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor with 2x optical zoom.
