Be prepared for a blast! Xiaomi is bringing the most powerful phone in the Redmi Note 13 series

Redmi is said to be working on a high performance smartphone under their Note 13 series. So far, the brand has launched multiple Note 13-series phones including Redmi Note 13 5G, Note 13 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G, Redmi Note 13R, and Redmi Note 13R Pro. And the name of the new model is going to be Redmi Note 13 Turbo. It will be the most powerful phone in the series thanks to Qualcomm’s premium Snapdragon 8-series chipset. Let’s know what information has emerged about the processor of the upcoming Redmi Note phone.

Powerful Snapdragon processor in Redmi Note 13 Turbo

Redmi launched the Redmi Note 12 Turbo in March last year in China with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7Plus Gen 2 chipset. Poco F5 as a rebranded version of the phone was launched in the global market in May last year. Recent reports suggest that the upcoming Redmi Note 13 Turbo will be a China-exclusive phone, meaning it will be limited to the Chinese market. Poco F6 will enter the global market as its rebadged version.

Let us know, Qualcomm is expected to release the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 3 processor in China on March 18. The US-based chipset maker is also expected to unveil the Snapdragon 8S Gen 3 (unofficial name) chip in the coming days, which is believed to be an underclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

Initial reports claimed that the Snapdragon 7Plus Gen 3 chip could be used in the Redmi Note 13 Turbo, as the Note 12 Turbo has Snapdragon 7Plus Gen 2. But later, a Chinese tipster revealed that the Note 13 Turbo will be powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8S Gen 3. Also, the tipster claims that Redmi is also planning to launch a new tablet soon. Whether the Redmi Note 13 Turbo and the new tablet hit the market simultaneously in April remains to be seen.

As now, the Redmi Note 13 Turbo is rumored to be powered by Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, its rebranded version Poco F6 is also expected to include the same chip. Probably, this Poco phone can debut in the global market next April or May. The Redmi Note 13 Turbo handset is speculated to compete with other Snapdragon 8s Gen 3-powered phones like the upcoming iQOO Z9 Turbo and Realme GT Neo 6 in the Chinese market.
