It is heard that the stable version of the latest Android 14 operating system developed by Google will be released next month i.e. August. Then this version of Android is expected to start rolling out to eligible devices. Along with Google, renowned smartphone brand Oppo has played a leading role in bringing the latest version of Android to its devices over the past few years. However, Samsung is ahead in sending software updates to a large number of devices across regions in a short period of time. But the latest software version is not rolled out to all existing phones of the company. Some older devices are excluded from the update scope. And now a report has revealed the names of some Samsung Galaxy devices, which will not receive the upcoming Android 14 based One UI 6.0 software update.

Popular South Korean electronics brand, Samsung usually starts rolling out their new Android updates in late autumn. And once the company starts their rollout, the process doesn’t slow down as Samsung is efficient in sending new updates to numerous devices around the world.
Hence, Samsung is expected to follow the same approach with the upcoming Android 14-based One UI 6.0 software version. However, some popular devices from a few years ago are believed to not get this new software update. Based on Samsung’s software update policy, SamMobile has created a list of Galaxy smartphones and tablets, which will not get access to the One UI 6.0 update based on Android 14.
