Ducati has launched one of its most powerful bikes in India, the Multistarda V4 RS. It is the sporty version of the Multistarda V4 range. This touring motorcycle has been priced at Rs 38.40 lakh (ex-showroom). Where a Toyota Fortuner costs Rs 33.43 lakh. Being an ultra-premium model, Ducati's new bike is packed with features and specifications.
The Ducati Multistarda V4 RS comes with a powerful 1,103 cc Desmosedici Stradle V4 engine, which produces 180 horsepower at 12,250 rpm and 118 Nm of torque at 9,500 rpm. The bike is provided with Arkapovic exhaust system. 17-inch Marchesini forged aluminum wheels at the front and rear.
Multistarda V4 RS offers all the latest features. It has four power modes (full, high, medium, low), engine brake control, traction control, and wheelie control. Full power mode is also available for maximum performance. Riders can choose Race, Sport, Touring, and Urban modes.
The motorcycle features an aluminum monocoque chassis and front-rear electronically adjustable Ohlins suspension. Braking duties will be handled by twin 330 mm front disc brakes with Brembo Stylema calipers and single 265 mm rear disc brakes with Brembo two-piston calipers. Ducati has already started bookings and deliveries are expected to start soon.
