Both the scooters have telescopic front forks and monoshock suspension. Again there are disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear. But the Dio 125 has a 3-step preload adjustable monoshock. Ntorq features Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation and various riding modes. Whereas Dio 125 lacks each of these. But it comes with a bunch of smart features. These include remote lock/unlock, start and immobilizer.

Honda Dio 125 is priced at Rs 83,400 for the standard variant and Rs 91,300 for the Smart variant (ex-showroom). While the TVS Ntorq 125 Race XP costs Rs 96,641 (ex-showroom). But despite the high price, it is far ahead of the Honda scooter in terms of features and performance. Again if the budget is low then Dio 125 can definitely be bought.
