Bajaj CNG bike coming next quarter
In an interview given to an all-India news agency yesterday, Rajeev Bajaj commented on when the first CNG motorcycle will hit the market. He also said that the cost of fuel will be reduced by half. He compared the new model with Hero Honda. The alliance that transformed the two-wheeler market in the country. Rajeev said that CNG bikes will reduce oil and maintenance costs by around 50-65%. Burning CNG emits less pollution than petrol vehicles.
Tests showed that burning CNG produced 50 percent less carbon dioxide, 75 percent less carbon monoxide and 90 percent less non-methane hydrocarbons in the prototype model. Which is quite positive for the environment. Incidentally, Bajaj has announced that it will launch its most powerful Pulsar, the 400 cc Pulsar, in the financial year 2024-25.
