Along with Maruti Suzuki and other companies, Tata Motors has been named in the list of discount announcements. At the start of May, the company's best-selling electric SUV and hatchback models Tata Nexon EV and Tata Tiago EV are available at attractive discounts. Tata Nexon EV
The Tata Nexon EV 2023 model is being discounted up to Rs 75,000 on all variants. These include cash discount of Rs 50,000, exchange bonus of Rs 20,000 and corporate discount of Rs 5,000. Whereas the 2024 Tata Nexon EV has a maximum discount of Rs 55,000 on the Empowered + LR and Empowered + LR Dark variants.
Tata Nexon EV MR features 30 kWh battery. The company claims that it covers a distance of 325 km on a full charge. Again, the long range variant has a 40.5 kWh battery pack. It gives a range of 465 km. Nexon EV is currently priced at Rs 14.49 lakh to Rs 19.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The car is rivaled by the Mahindra XUV400 in the market.
Tata Tiago EV
The next car on the discount list is the Tata Tiago EV. A discount of Rs 72,000 is being offered on all variants of the 2023 model throughout this month. Discounts include a green bonus of Rs 50,000, an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000 and a corporate discount of Rs 7,000. On the other hand, the long range variant of 2024 is offering a benefit of Rs 52,000. Again, there is a discount of Rs 37,000 in the mid range.
The mid-range Tata Tiago EV has a 19.2 kWh battery pack. which powers the motor mounted on the front axle. Its output is 61 HP and 110 Nm. The car offers a range of 250 km on a full charge. The long range variant of the Aba Tiago EV has a 24 kWh battery pack. It gives a range of 315 km. The car's competitors in the market include Citroen eC3 and MG Comet EV.
