Revolt Motors offers the opportunity to bring home a new electric bike with zero downpayment. They have come up with an offer called 'Char Chowke'. Where the company's RV400 electric motorcycle is being offered with zero downpayment and monthly installments of Rs 4,444. Revolt has brought this offer hand in hand with finance partners.
The finance scheme will be available to buyers through a hassle-free, paperless digital process, the company said. This makes the e-bike kind of free compared to a petrol bike. No fuel consumption. Only the EMI will be incurred by the customer. Revolt RV400 is the country's first electric motorcycle. It is presented as an alternative to 125 cc petrol powered bikes.
This e-bike is available in two variants – RV400 and RV400 BRZ. The former is priced at Rs 1.50 lakh and the latter at Rs 1.43 lakh (ex-showroom). In May, the price of the two models was reduced by Rs 5,000. Besides, the company is offering an additional discount of Rs 15,000.
The RV400 and RV400 BRZ come with the same design and powertrain. The e-bike uses a 3.24 KW battery pack, which provides a range of 150 km on a full charge. Power comes from a 4 bhp mid-drive motor. It takes 0-100 percent time to fully charge the battery. The company is offering a 5 year/75,000 km (whichever is earlier) warranty.
