They are as feature-rich as they are reliable. But with current fuel prices, it is difficult to get good mileage. So today's report finds three scooters with the highest mileage in a budget of 1 lakh.
Three scooters with the best mileage in India
Honda Activa
Honda Activa is the best selling scooter in India. It is available in 110 cc and 125 cc engine options. The 109cc Activa 6G model is priced at Tk 78,719 (ex-showroom). And the Activa 125 is priced at Rs 83,178 (ex-showroom). The scooter can travel 50-60 km per liter of petrol.
TVS Jupiter
TVS Jupiter is the second best selling scooter in India after Honda Activa. It is one of the best models among family scooters. It is also available in two versions – 109 cc and 125 cc engines. Prices are Rs 77,249 and Rs 86,605 respectively (ex-showroom). The scooter gives a mileage of 50-62 km per liter of fuel.
Suzuki Access 125
Suzuki Access 125 is the third best selling scooter in the country after Honda Activa and TVS Jupiter. As good as it looks, the features and performance are impressive. It can give a mileage of around 50 km per liter of petrol. Price starts from Tk 82,361 (ex-showroom).
