Ather Rizta was grandly launched in the Indian electric scooter market in April this year. It is actually a family scooter and the cheapest model of the company. Ather Energy is going to start delivering it soon. Because the first production model of Ather Rizta has come out of the factory.
The first production model of the Ather Rizta was built
Before the launch of Ather Rizta, the company was selling only sporty looking electric scooters. But seeing the growing demand for family electric scooters in the Indian market, Ether has stepped in that direction. It is quite attractive in terms of design. Under seat storage is also quite large, more so than models in the Ather 450 lineup. It has 34 liters of under seat storage. Whereas other models in the lineup have a storage capacity of 22 liters.
Ather Rizta is offered in two variants – S and Z. The two models differ in terms of features, battery capacity and price. The Rizta S is powered by a 2.9 kWh battery. It gives a range of 105 km on a full charge. Whereas the Rizta Z model can be chosen with 2.9 kWh and 3.7 kWh batteries.
Talking about the price, the Ather Rizta S is currently priced at Rs 1,09,999 (ex-showroom). The 2.9 kWh and 3.7 kWh battery models of the Rizta Z are priced at Tk 1,24,999 and Tk 1,44,999 respectively (ex-showroom).
