Ather Energy is known for their high-tech electric scooters. They recently launched the 450 Apex on the occasion of their 10th anniversary. Ether made a big announcement about this flagship electric scooter. The company said that the delivery of the model has started. Please note that it is limited edition, i.e. a certain number. The cost to buy is Rs 1.89 lakh (ex-showroom).
Ather 450 Apex has started delivery
Other than color, the Ather 450 Apex has also received some upgrades to its performance. Like it has added new blue and orange color scheme and transparent panel. The company offers this color only with the performance scooter. In terms of performance, it can reach a top speed of 100 km per hour. Again the 0-40 km/h sprint takes 2.9 seconds.
Initial acceleration is increased by 13 percent and 30 percent from 40-80 km/h compared to before. The PMS motor is responsible for this increase in acceleration and top speed. Which now produces 7 KW of power instead of 6.3 KW. However, the peak torque remains the same at 26 Nm. Warp is replaced by Warp+ mode.
The biggest surprise added to the 450 Apex is the new Magic Twist feature. This includes negative throttle. That is, it is possible to reduce the speed by turning the accelerator in the opposite direction. Currently Aether Energy is working on a new family scooter. whose name is Ather Rizta. It is going to be the largest seat scooter. Features include touchscreen instrument cluster, Bluetooth connectivity, Google Maps etc.
