As iPhone SE is the most affordable smartphone from Apple. Similarly, Apple Watch SE may be the affordable smartwatch from the company. If the rumors are true, the Cupertino giant will debut the Watch SE next year in Q1. The notable tipster Komiya tipped the development on twitter of the Smartwatch.

Komiya also suggests that the new Apple Watch SE will replace the old Apple Watch 3 series and it will come with a similar design but the internals are completely upgraded as Apple did in the iPhone SE. Apple currently selling Apple Watch Series 3 and Watch Series 5 but these are the premium offerings from the company but Apple Watch Series 3 has gotten price cuts to make it more attractive to buyers and soon Watch SE will replace it.
Apple Watch SE Specifications and Features ( Expected )
Apple Watch SE may feature a 1.65 inches OLED display with a resolution of 390 x 312 pixels and offers a 1000 nits max brightness. It will also have Always-on-display, sapphire crystal glass protection, and water resistance features. Watch SE will feature the latest processor and W4 chip, which is expected to be powered into the upcoming Watch Series 6.
It will also have a 16GB storage, Bluetooth 5.0, and cellular connectivity among other things. It will also have bunch of sensors like Apple Series 5 including Accelerometer, gyro, heart rate (2nd gen), barometer, compass, Natural language commands and dictation (talking mode). It will host the latest version of Watch OS out of the box.
Watch SE will have a single 42mm variant with an aluminum body but can choose between silver, space grey, and gold color variants, according to the tipster. It is expected to arrive at the exact same price point as the Watch Series 3.
