Airtel has taken this decision so that prepaid customers living in these areas can keep in touch with everyone. But the company has not only announced this facility for their prepaid customers, postpaid customers have also announced some of the same.
Airtel announces free service for customers in Northeast India
Airtel is offering its customers free 1.5 GB daily data and unlimited calling for four days. Note that this offer is only for customers whose plans have expired and are unable to recharge. Customers will benefit from this move by Airtel. They can talk to the administration as well as their loved ones for safety and convenience.
Postpaid customers will get this facility
For postpaid customers, Airtel said that their bill payment date will be extended by 30 days, so that customers can enjoy uninterrupted mobile services during these difficult times.
Also, Airtel said it has launched Intra-Circle Roaming (ICR) services in Tripura. As a result of this initiative, customers of other networks will be able to use Airtel's network, so that everyone can avoid the danger.
