Acer Aspire 5 Magic Purple Edition finally announced in India with 10-Gen Core i3, 4 GB of RAM (which is upgradable up to 12GB) and 512GB SSD. The laptop is also promised to deliver up to 11 hours of battery life on a single charge. The laptop is only available in a single color variant Magic purple which costs Rs37,999.

Acer Aspire 5 Magic Purple features a 14-inch full-HD resolution (1,920×1,080 pixels) IPS LCD panel with narrow-bezel Design. The Screen of the laptop also comes with the company’s proprietary Color Intelligence technology and Acer BlueLightShield which cut down blue light emission from the display to some extent.

It is powered by 10th-generation Intel Quad Core i3-1005G1 processor,  Intel UHD Graphics G1 GPU, and coupled with 4GB of DDR4 RAM (upgradable up to 12GB). It also equipped with Intel Optane memory H10 along with 512GB SSD and support for an up to 2TB hard drive.

For connectivity, the new Acer Aspire 5 includes support of Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth v5.0 as well as a USB 3.2, USB Type-C, and a USB 2.0 port. The laptop also has an HDMI port and an RJ-45 port for an Ethernet connection.
The laptop runs Windows 10 Home and packs with a 48Whr 3-cell battery that claims to deliver up to 11 hours of battery on a single charge. The company also provides the Acer FineTip keyboard for a smoother performance.
