LG velvet 5G India launch could be held by the end of this month. The smartphone is available for pre-order on an Indian offline retailer site Supreme Mobile. LG velvet 5G runs on LG UX 9, based on Android 10 out of the box and comes with Aurora white, Aurora Green, Aurora Gray, illusion sunset, Red, and pink color option.

The LG Velvet 5G comes with a 6.8-inch P-OLED Full HD+ (1080×2460 pixels) resolution display with a waterdrop notch design. The screen has 395 PPI density and 88.6 percent screen-to-body ratio. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 765G chipset, Adreno 620 GPU, and coupled with up to 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. There is a dedicated microSD card slot for the expansion of storage

In terms of camera, The LG Velvet 5G comes with a triple camera system that includes a 48-megapixel (primary) camera with an aperture of f/1.8 + an 8-megapixel (ultrawide) shooter with a 120-degree field of view and f/2.2 aperture + 5-megapixel (depth) sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For selfie, It features a 16-megapixel selfie shooter with an aperture of f/1.9.

The smartphone packs a 4,300mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. In terms of connectivity, the phone includes the support of dual sim slot, 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. In terms of sensors, LG Velvet 5G has an accelerometer, ambient light, barometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor, and an under-display fingerprint scanner.

The Supreme Mobile tweets that LG Velvet 5G is priced at Rs 36,990 in India. Interested buyers can also pre-book the smartphone with the additional dual-screen accessory at Rs 49,990 in supreme mobile offline stores. It is believed that the company will officially launch LG velvet 5G in the country by the end of this month.
