Poco C81 Launched In India With 6,300mah Battery, 13 Megapixel Camera Alongside Poco C81x Price, Specifications
The Poco C81x was launched in India today along with the Poco C81. Although there are many similarities in the specifications of the two phones, differences can also be seen in some places. Their prices start from Tk 9,999. Both the handsets will go on sale from the end of this month. And the Poco C81 model will be available in three color options, while the Poco C81x will be available in two color options. Octa-core Unisoc chipset is used in both the smartphones. It comes with HyperOS custom skin, 8 megapixel front camera and powerful battery.
Poco C81 and Poco C81x price and sale time
The 8GB RAM + 64GB storage variant of Poco C81 has been priced at Rs 10,999 in India. And Poco C81x phone 3 GB RAM + 64 GB storage variant will cost Tk 9,999.
The sale of the two smartphones will start from 12 noon on April 27 via Flipkart. The first model comes in Elite Black, Ice Blue and Sunset Gold color options. However, the Poco C81X device will not be available in Sunset Gold option.
Display and software
Both Poco C81 series phones come with dual SIM support and run on Hyper OS custom skin. However, the base model has Android 16 and the X model has Android 15 operating system. And the Poco C81 will get OS updates for up to four years, while the company has confirmed that the C81X model will get updates for up to two years. However, the two handsets are claimed to receive up to six years of security updates.
The front of the Poco C81 phone will feature a 6.9-inch HD Plus screen, which will offer a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate and a maximum brightness of 800nits. Again, the Poco C81x model has a 6.88-inch HD Plus display. This display will support brightness up to 650 nits.
Performance and storage
Both devices are powered by octa-core Unisoc T7250 processor with ARM Mali G57 GPU for performance. The clock speed of this processor is 1.8 GHz. Both models can expand the storage up to 2 TB via microSD card.
Camera setup
The Poco C81 device features a dual rear camera setup for photography. Its primary camera resolution is 13 megapixels. On the other hand, the Poco C81x-model will get a single 13-megapixel rear camera. For selfies, both phones will get an 8-megapixel front camera. Meanwhile, both the smartphones have an IP52 rating, providing protection from dust and water.
Battery and other features
For power backup, the Poco C81 device has a 6300 mAh battery. And the Poco C81x phone has a 5200 mAh battery. Both models will support 15W fast charging and 7.5W reverse charging.
Its connectivity options include 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, USB Type-C, GPS. A side-mounted fingerprint sensor is also provided for security.
