The upcoming Vivo X300 Ultra handset has been listed on the 3C website with model number V2536A and certificate number 2025011606831122. As per the 3C certification, the phone will be available in the market with the charger model number V10091L0E1-CN and V10091L0A1-CN. And this charger offers 100W charging speed. Although nothing is known about the battery capacity from here.
If indeed the Vivo X300 Ultra comes with 100W charging speed, it will be a significant upgrade over the Vivo X200 Ultra. Because the predecessor model had a 6,000mAh battery and 40W wireless and 90W charging.

Earlier it was reported that the Vivo X300 Ultra phone will have a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and a 6.8-inch display with 2K resolution. The screen will support 120Hz refresh rate and high-frequency PWM dimming. Meanwhile, the Vivo X300 Ultra phone will have a 7,000 mAh battery for power backup. It is also said to have a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. The handset is likely to hit the market in the first quarter of 2026.
