HMD launched the HMD Pulse Pro phone in April last year and now its successor is working on HMD PULSE 2 Pro. Already before the launch, information about its battery and chipset has come out. Besides, a render of the phone has also been leaked, which highlights its attractive design. The camera module of HMD PULSE 2 Pro seems to be inspired by Apple’s iPhone 17 lineup. HMD PULSE 2 Pro’s Camera Island is inspired by both standard iphone 17 and pro handset camera design. These dual-camera setups will be located inside the high pill-shaped module, and that assembly will be found in a high-round corner square part, which will be reminded of the latest iPhone 17 Pro model. It should be noted that the camera’s island seems to be noticeably higher than the HMD Pulse Pro.
HMD PULSE 2 PRO specifications and features (possible)
The HMD PULSE 2 Pro model will have a 5.5 -inch IPS LCD display, which is larger than the 5.5 -inch screen of the predecessor. The new model display will support FullHD Plus Resolution and 120 Hartz Refresh Rate. Overall, it will bring significant improvements to the multimedia experience compared to the predecessor.
For the performance, the HMD PULSE 2 Pro phone is reported to be powered by the Unisoc T615 processor. This is compatible with a previous report, where the Unisoc T7250 chipset was mentioned, which is basically a rebaned version of T615. However, the new processor is based on the 12 nanometer process like the UNISOC T606 in the predecessor and does not support the 3G connection.
Other upgrades include slightly advanced Impressive Protection Rating (IP3), Dual Speaker, two microphones, “Custom Button” and NFC Coils. The phone is reported to be in three color options, these are – Glacier Green, Midnight Black and Twilight Purple. However, the launch date of the phone is not yet known.
