The Bengaluru-based company Ather Energy has launched a new variant of Ather 450s today. This new electric scooter has a 1.5kWh battery. In India, the price of this variant has been kept at Tk 1.5 lakh (X-showroom, Bengaluru). The new model has come with the IDC certification. And like 450X variants, the Ather 450S electric scooter has claimed that the full charge will provide a 5 km range on a full charge.
Ather 450s Electric Scooter Performance
The new 450S electric scooter will be in the middle of the company's 2.5kWh battery entry-level model and premium 450X. It uses 1.5kW power motor, which can generate 22 NM torque. The company claims the scooter will take only 1.5 seconds to reach the speed of 5 to 5 km/h.
Design and riding mode
The Ather 450s scooter design will show a lot of changes. As before, it has Sharp Look, LED headlamp and premium finish. This electric scooter can be found in four modes including smart echo, eco, ride and sport.
Feature
The new Energy's new electric scooter will be available in Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, auto-breasts adjustment, and Avertack Pro software support. It has been provided for protection, an autohald, fruit safe, emergency stop signal. Alex will also support it. The company has claimed that the Ather 450s takes about 1.5 hours to charge 5 to 5 percent with the home charger.
Ather 450s Electric Scooter Delivery from August
For those who are interested in buying the new electric scooter, they can book at the showroom or online. The company has confirmed that its delivery will start from August 2021.
