A Samsung phone with model number SM-S938U was spotted on Geekbench yesterday. Tipsters claim that this model number is the Galaxy S25 Ultra phone. The U used in the model number means it is the US variant. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra scored 3069 points in Geekbench's single-core test and 9080 points in the multi-core test.
Besides, the phone has been included with 12 GB RAM on Geekbench. Although it seems that it will have different RAM variants at the time of launch. It is also known that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra model will have a processor codenamed 'Sun'. And this codename is used by Qualcomm for the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset. Qualcomm may launch this processor at an event on October 21.
Note that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will have an Exynos 2500 chipset variant. This variant may be launched in several countries including India.
